Own the Bone Site Highlights

NYU Winthrop Hospital

NYU Winthrop Hospital, located in Mineola, NY, has an Own the Bone program led by a clinical team of four who treat fracture patients over the age of 55 in an in-patient setting. Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital

Based in Louisville, KY, Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital's Own the Bone program is co-championed by two RN's who treat fracture patients over the age of 50 in an in-patient setting. Jefferson Hospital

Jefferson Hospital, located in Jefferson Hills, PA and part of the Allegheny Health Network, implemented their Own the Bone program in early 2012 and was the first post-fracture care program in the area.
