Connect with An Existing Own the Bone Institution

Interested in speaking with clinicians at an institution already implementing Own the Bone?  Contact us and we'd be happy to arrange for you to speak with a Program Champion or Coordinator at an existing Own the Bone institution.

Billing Models for Osteoporosis Counseling

Own the Bone subscribers receive a copy of the National Osteoporosis Foundation's Reference Guide for Osteoporosis Reimbursement Policy for Healthcare Professionals. Additional materials are available to subscribers.

Tracking patients in the program for follow-up

Patients in the Own the Bone registry are de-identified.  Subscribers may wish to establish a system outside of the registry, such as a simple spreadsheet, to match a patient's personal information with the Own the Bone ID in order to collect follow-up information.

Patient Education Materials and Ordering

Own the Bone sites that are interested in patient educational materials have access to discounted materials through the National Osteoporosis Foundation. Download list of NOF materials. Branded Own the Bone patient education brochures and posters are also available in the AOA store.
