Enroll Now

To enroll in the Own the Bone Program:

1. Download and complete the Enrollment Form and return it by email to boros@aoassn.org or by fax to 847-318-7339, or fill out the enrollment form online.

2. Review the standard Participating Site Agreement, an agreement between your site and the American Orthopaedic Association (AOA). AOA will prepare and send you this agreement to be countersigned by your site and to:

3. Upon completion of the enrollment process and receipt of payment, AOA will send you a starter pack of materials to begin to implement the program, including the Complete Subscriber’s Guide to Own the Bone™ and Better Health.

Own the Bone annual subscription fee:

Single site:
$2,000/year 

System discounts:
2-5  $1,800 each site (15% discount)
6-10 $1,700 each site (20% discount)
11+ sites $1,600 each site (25% discount)

4. Establish user IDs for the Own the Bone subscriber-only site and the Own the Bone patient registry. Click here to fill out the Own the Bone user information form and to set up user login accounts for your Own the Bone team.
