The training videos below provide step-by-step instructions on using the Own the Bone registry. If you have additional questions after viewing the registry training videos below, please contact the Own the Bone team.  We hold live registry training webinars, hosted by Clinipace, the Own the Bone registry provider every other month.  The live registry training webinars provide detailed information on entering patients into the registry, viewing reports and other technical aspects of using the registry. • Part 1: Introduction & Basic Functions

  This video provides a basic overview of the functions of the Own the Bone patient registry. Please note that the Own the Bone website has been updated since this video was produced, and the location of the link to log in to the registry has changed. If you have difficulties locating the patient registry login, please contact us.
  
  
• Part 2: Enroll New Case

  This video provides step-by-step instructions on entering patients into the registry.
  
  
• Part 3: Preparing Patient & Physician Educational Materials

  This video provides step by step instructions on printing out the system-generated patient and primary care physician letters. These letters may be saved to your computer to edit or customize with your institution’s logo.
  
  
• Part 4: Document Follow-Up Visit

  This video provides instructions on entering patient follow-up data, if you choose to follow-up with patients after 60 to 90 days of the initial visit.
  
  
• Part 5: Edit/Review a Record

  This video shows you how to pull up an existing record to edit or review. Please note that records cannot be deleted within the registry interface. If you find you need to delete a record, please contact Own the Bone.

  This video provides an overview of how to run site specific reports and benchmarking reports on the data you have entered into the registry.
