Part 3: Preparing Patient & Physician Educational Materials
This video provides step by step instructions on printing out the system-generated patient and primary care physician letters. These letters may be saved to your computer to edit or customize with your institution’s logo.

Part 4: Document Follow-Up Visit
This video provides instructions on entering patient follow-up data, if you choose to follow-up with patients after 60 to 90 days of the initial visit.

Part 5: Edit/Review a Record
This video shows you how to pull up an existing record to edit or review. Please note that records cannot be deleted within the registry interface. If you find you need to delete a record, please contact Own the Bone.
