  • Earn up to 7.25 hours of Category A nursing contact hours for participation in all four events
  • Participants completing all four sessions will earn a Bone Health Training Certificate of Completion

  • Please complete the survey as you move through the four part series. This survey will automatically save your progress (if you use the same computer/device) so you can resume where you left off after each session. Only after viewing the final Part IV session should you complete your Part IV evaluations and submit the survey. At that time, when you submit the survey, you will be redirected to a page where you can download your certificates. You will first be prompted to login using the username and password you used during registration.
