• Describe the goals of bone health clinic in managing post-fracture and preoperative bone health optimization and identify key patient populations who benefit from specialized evaluation and treatment.
• Identify clinical settings within and outside of orthopaedics where at-risk patients can be captured.
• Learn how to leverage an EHR to design effective processes to identify and refer eligible patients from inpatient, outpatient, and community sources.
